A man is facing charges after a late-night stabbing at Bloor-Yonge subway station on Monday sent another person to hospital with serious injuries.
Investigators said in a news release Tuesday morning that police responded to a call at the station just before 10:55 p.m. the previous night, where they found a 43-year-old man suffering from a non-life threatening stab sound.
The suspect, a 22-year-old Toronto man, was found at the scene and arrested, officers added. He was also injured in the incident and both men were transported to hospital in stable condition, police said.
