The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of three arrests made in a Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material Investigation.
Between April 28 and 29, 2026, members of the Ontario Provincial Police Child Sexual Exploitation Unit and the Toronto Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit conducted an Internet Luring investigation within the city of Toronto.
It is alleged that:
three men were communicating on a social media platform and made arrangements to meet up with a child for a sexual purpose
all three men travelled to meet the child for a sexual encounter
As a result, the men were arrested.
Zachary Plamondon, 37, of Toronto, has been charged with:
Luring a Person under 18 years
two counts of Luring a Person under 16 years
He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street, on Friday June 19, 2026, in room 203, at 11 a.m.
Nicholas Dewkinandan, 42, of Toronto, has been charged with:
Make available sexually explicit material to person under 16 years
two counts of Luring a Person under 16 years
He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street, on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in room 203, at 11 a.m.
Juhyung Lee, 20, of Toronto, has been charged with:
make available sexually explicit material to a person under 16 years
two counts of Luring a person under 16 years
He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in room 203, at 11 a.m.
