Toronto bus driver hurt in 'violent assault,' suspect arrested: police

Toronto police say a suspect has been charged with assault with a weapon after a city bus driver was attacked.

Police say they were called to Wilson Station Wednesday evening for a report that a driver was being assaulted.

The bus driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital.
