The Price of Mobility

A single adult TTC fare costs $3.35. For someone with stable income, that might seem like a reasonable expense. But for someone without a job, living paycheck to paycheck, or trying to survive on Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), that fare can represent a choice between eating and getting to a shelter, a medical appointment, or a job interview.
